The cemetery management is empowered to enforce all rules, regulations,
and specifications and to exclude from the cemetery any person or
persons violating the same. The management shall have charge of the
grounds, including the conduct of funerals, traffic, employees, plot
owners, and visitors, and, at all times shall have supervision and
control of all persons within the cemetery.

Any person, firm, corporation or association violating any of the foregoing rules, regulations and specifications of the City Council or this chapter, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be fined as provided in Section 1-108 of this Code.
