The violation of any of the provisions of this chapter or any
amendments thereto by the owner, the contractor, or any of their employees
or persons under their control shall be a Class B offense unless otherwise
specified. Each day upon which a violation occurs or continues is
a separate offense, and each act which in fact violates two or more
provisions of this chapter is a separate offense under each provision
violated.
