Any and all publications of the City of Newark, its departments
and agencies shall contain the official masthead which is defined
as the printed matter which gives pertinent details of officials,
editors, staff members and other persons connected directly or indirectly
with a publication. A copy of any and all publications of the City
of Newark utilizing the masthead shall be filed, immediately upon
publication, with the Office of the City Clerk by the respective City
departments and agencies.

The masthead of any and all publications of the City of Newark,
its departments and agencies shall be presented in the following form

The format for mastheads as hereinabove set forth shall be the
only format used by the City, its departments and agencies.

The format and regulations governing Municipal publication mastheads
as set forth in this section shall be also applicable to any and all
other signs, plaques, dedications, billboard advertisements and project
site markers established by the City, its departments and agencies
or by a developer using City funds, or Federal or State funds allocated
through the City, and shall be the only format used.

The masthead of any and all publications of the City of Newark,
its departments and agencies shall contain a statement specifying
the source or sources of funding used to publish and/or distribute
the respective publication.
