All cosmetology and manicurist shop owners shall display in
a conspicuous place their shop license in conformance with N.J.A.C.
13:28-2.10(a).

All practicing cosmetologists and manicurists shall display
their license and picture in a conspicuous place at any place at which
the licensee renders services in conformance with N.J.A.C. 13:28-2.10(b).

All shops shall be operated in a safe and sanitary manner and
all tools, utensils, implements, linens, towels and other paraphernalia
shall be cleaned, sterilized and sanitized before each and every use
or contact with a patron per N.J.A.C. 13:28-3.1.

All shop owners shall display in a conspicuous place a listing
of all services performed, the charges for each service and the notice
requirements pursuant to N.J.A.C. 13:28-2.10(a)(3) and (4).

The Department of Health and Community Wellness shall be the
Municipal Agency responsible for the enforcement of this chapter.
