Channelization islands shall be installed at the following locations.
The installations shall be in accordance with the provision of an
act concerning motor vehicles and traffic regulations, Subtitle 1
of Title 39 of the Revised Statutes; and shall conform to the design
and be maintained in operation as authorized by the Department of
Transportation.
