[R.O. 1966 § 2:14-8]
As used in this article:
Shall mean a body of employees, in mutual association, of
recognized establishment, of which employees of the local government
are in membership.

The Director of Finance shall upon consent by an employee of
the Municipal Government retain from his or her salary or wage payments
such sum as he or she shall designate and pay it over to the employee
association appointed by such employee to receive same.

The consent shall be in such form as shall be prescribed and
provided for by the Director of Finance and shall remain in effect
until and if revoked by the employee in writing filed with the Director.

The moneys so retained shall be paid over to the association
designated by the employee within 30 days after same has been retained
from the employee's salary or wage payment.

The Director of Finance shall, upon the request and with the
consent of any employee of the City who is a member of a Federal Credit
Union, deduct from the salary or wage payments of the employee, such
sum or sums as the employee shall specify, and the Director shall
pay over to the Federal Credit Union designated by the employee the
sum or sums so deducted, within 30 days.

The request and consent shall be in such form as shall be prescribed
by the Director, and shall remain in effect until revoked in writing
by the employee.

The Director of Finance shall, upon the request and with the
consent of any employee of the City who is a member of the Police
and Firemen's Insurance Association, deduct from the salary or wage
payments of the employee such sum or sums as the employee shall specify,
and the Director shall pay over to the Police and Firemen's Insurance
Association designated by the employee the sum or sums so deducted,
within 30 days.

and provided for by the Director of Finance and shall remain in effect
until revoked in writing by the employee and filed with the Director.
