Any license issued under this Title may be suspended or revoked
for violation of any of the provisions of this Title or any provision
of any applicable statute or any of the rules or regulations of the
State Director of Alcoholic Beverage Control.
Proceedings for suspension or revocation shall be in accordance
with the provisions of N.J.S. 33:1-31 by service of a five-day notice
of charges preferred against the licensee and affording a reasonable
opportunity of hearing.
Suspension or revocation of a license shall be in addition to
any other penalty which may be imposed for a violation of this Title.

The local Municipal Alcoholic Beverage Control Board shall have
the right to call upon the Division of Police of the City, subject
to conditions fixed by the Director of the Department of Public Safety,
for the purpose of investigating all applications for licenses, transfer
of licenses and violations of any or all provisions of this Title
and of the State Laws and Rules and Regulations of the Department
of Law and Public Safety, Division of Alcoholic Beverage Control,
relating to the regulation and sale of alcoholic beverages under licenses
issued for that purpose in the City.
