It shall be unlawful for any person to retail, hold for retail,
sell or offer for retail sale, any live poultry, geese, other fowl,
goats or other animals in any store, stall or vehicle within the City
except in establishments licensed to do so by the Division of Health.

The Division of Health shall prescribe reasonable regulations
governing the issuance of licenses under this Article.

A license under this Article to retail, hold for retail or offer
for retail sale, any live poultry, geese, fowl, goat or other animals,
in any store, stall or market, but not including vehicles, shall be
issued by the Division of Health, upon the filing of an application
on a form to be supplied by the Division, upon compliance with the
governing regulations of the Division, and upon payment of a fee of
$2. Such license shall expire at the end of one year from the date
of issuance thereof.

The Division of Health shall prescribe reasonable regulations
governing the use of any premises licensed under this Article.
