There shall be within the Department of Administration a Division of Office Services, the head of which shall be the Manager, Division of Office Services.

Under the direction of the Business Administrator, the Division of Office Services shall have the following duties:
a. 
Operation of a centralized messenger and mail delivery system.
b. 
Provision of centralized printing and reproduction services.
c. 
Provision of centralized photography services.
d. 
Provision of graphic design services.
e. 
Acquisition, maintenance and operation of centralized telecommunications systems.
f. 
Such other general administrative services as the Business Administrator shall determine.
