Colonnade Park Apartments, in accordance with the provisions of N.J.S. 39:5A-1 et seq., has filed a written request with the City Clerk that the provisions of Subtitle I, Title 39, of the New Jersey Statutes shall be made applicable to the following premises thereof and used by the public, tenants and employees, for the purpose of vehicular traffic by permission of said owner and operator, to wit:
a. 
Parking area south of building at 381 Broad Street.
Beginning at a point 9 feet south of the southwest corner of above building, thence
east 154 feet parallel to said building, thence south 50 feet, thence
west 154 feet, thence
north 50 feet to beginning point
b. 
Parking area west of building at 381 Broad Street.
Beginning at a point 35 feet north and 11 feet west of southwest corner of above building, thence south 145 ± feet parallel to said building, to State St., thence west 15 feet ± along State Street, thence
north 138 feet ±, thence
east 15 feet to beginning point
c. 
Parking area south of building at 351 Broad Street.
Beginning at a point 9 feet north of northwest corner of above building, thence
east 152 feet parallel to said building, thence north 50 feet, thence
west 152 feet, thence
south 50 feet to beginning point
d. 
Parking area west of building at 351 Broad Street.
Beginning at a point 32 feet south and 13 feet west of northwest corner of above building, thence
north 165 feet ±, parallel to said building, to 7th Avenue, thence
west 13 ± feet along 7th Avenue, thence
south 162 feet ±, thence
east 13 feet to beginning point

Parking area west of building at 51 Clifton Avenue.
Beginning at a point 183 feet south of northwest corner of above building, thence
south 80 feet parallel to the building, thence west 114 feet to Clifton Avenue, thence
north 80 feet along Clifton Avenue, thence east 114 feet to beginning point
f. 
Parking area east of building at 25 Clifton Avenue.
Beginning at a point 92 feet north and 10 feet east of southeast corner of above building, thence
south 149 feet ±, parallel to said building, to Colonnade Drive, thence
east 61 feet ± along Colonnade Drive, thence
north 153 feet ±, thence
west 61 feet to beginning point.

a. 
The provisions of said Subtitle I, Title 39, of the New Jersey Statutes, with the approval of the Director of the State Motor Vehicle Commission, are hereby made applicable to the aforedescribed premises.
b. 
The provisions of Title 23, Traffic and Parking of the Revised General Ordinances of the City of Newark, as amended and supplemented, regulating and appertaining to and regulating traffic on public streets and places, are hereby also made applicable to the aforesaid premises.
