The permit fee for parades, as provided for in § 446.04, shall be $300.

(A) 
Land disturbance permit fees shall be as established by Council by resolution from time to time.
(B) 
Certificates of occupancy, dwelling units (§ 1242.065(E)):

When the property involved is located in a residential zone and is not larger than one-half acre, a payment of expenses of $350 shall be made by the applicant upon the filing of the application. Said amount shall be for the purpose of paying expenses associated with processing the application. Unused amounts will be refunded to the applicant;
(2) 
When the property involved in the application is in a nonresidential zone and the application involves an addition to an existing structure, the applicant shall make a prepayment of expenses of $500. Said payment shall be to compensate for expenses associated with processing the application. Unused amounts will be refunded to the applicant; and
(3) 
When an application is made involving either residential or nonresidential property and the relief requested is the development of such property, as defined in the Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code, or such other relief as is within the jurisdiction of the Board under such Code, including any request to expand a nonconforming use, the applicant shall make a prepayment of expenses of $500 for the first acre and $100 for each additional acre or part thereof involved in the application. Said payment shall be for the expenses associated with processing the application. Unused amounts will be refunded to the applicant.
(E) 
Fee for permit to construct, reconstruct, expand, renovate or extend a building or structure in the FP District (§ 1270.04(G)): $50.

The following fees are hereby imposed to cover certain administrative duties performed by the Borough Tax Collector:

Brookhaven Borough residents 62 and older living in their own home and veterans and totally disabled are exempt from any fees totaling under $7,500.
