(A) 
Prior to the commencement at any location of any work permitted, the registered master electrician shall apply to the Electrical Inspector for a work permit for each individual location, lot, premises or building in or on which any installation of any electrical wiring, equipment or apparatus is contemplated and shall, upon payment of the proper fee, be issued a Borough electrical work permit. At the time of applying for such permit, the registered master electrician shall furnish in writing, upon forms supplied by the Borough, the following information:
(1) 
The location of the premises;
(2) 
A description of the work contemplated; and
(3) 
The name of the registered master electrician supervising the work.
(B) 
All work permits issued by the Electrical Inspector shall be valid for a period of six months from the date of issue for the work described on the application. The fee schedule is as set forth in § 208.06(N) of the Administration Code.
