(A) 
At the following intersections, official traffic signals shall be erected, or if already erected are hereby ratified, and traffic at such intersections may be directed by such signals:
(1) 
Cambridge Road and Edgmont Avenue;
(2) 
Coebourn Boulevard and Edgmont Avenue;
(3) 
Edgmont Avenue and Dutton's Mill Road;
(4) 
Edgmont Avenue and Upland Road; and
(5) 
Edgmont Avenue and Brookhaven Road.
(B) 
No operator of any vehicle shall disregard any such traffic signal or fail to stop when any such signal shows the red colored light for traffic on the street upon which the operator is proceeding.

All traffic shall keep to the right around the island dividers located as follows:
(A) 
Mount Vernon Road at its intersection with Upland Road;
(B) 
Trimble Boulevard at its intersection with Bridgewater Road;
(C) 
Lincoln Drive at its intersection with Dutton's Mill Road; and
(D) 
Lancelot Drive at its intersection with Coebourn Boulevard.

"Do Not Enter" traffic signs, prohibiting nonresidential traffic during certain hours, shall be erected at the following intersections:
(A) 
Shepherd Street and Coebourn Boulevard;
(B) 
Shepherd Street and Dutton's Mill Road;
(C) 
The intersection of Chandler Drive and West Brookhaven Road; and
(D) 
The intersection of Chandler Drive and Coebourn Boulevard.
