(A)
Mt. Vernon Street between Brookhaven Road and Woodland Avenue shall
be a one-way street for traffic proceeding in a northerly direction.
(B)
The Police Department is hereby authorized to erect signs and traffic
signals designating the direction of the one-way street.
(C)
No person shall operate a vehicle on the one-way street in a direction
other than that indicated by the signs and signals provided for in
Division (B) hereof.
