[Res. 92-12, passed 9-14-1992]
Council hereby approves, adopts and enacts the emergency operations
plan of the Borough. This plan shall be reviewed on an annual basis
to make certain it conforms with the requirements of the Delaware
County Emergency Operations Plan. A copy of the plan of the Borough
shall be provided to all appropriate departments.
