Upon the issuance of any permit for work to be done, the Plumbing
Inspector shall charge a fee as set forth in § 208.06(O)(2)
of the Administration Code.

Upon the issuance of any permit for work to be done, the Plumbing
Inspector shall charge a fee as set forth in § 208.06(O)(3)
of the Administration Code.

Fees charged pursuant to § 1484.01(A) shall be divided
so that one-half of the stated fee shall be paid to the Inspector
by the Borough after the entire fee is received by the Borough. With
regard to the fees required by § 1484.01(B), 100% of those
fees shall be paid to the Inspector by the Borough once the Borough
receives payment of these fees. With regard to fees paid pursuant
to §§ 1484.02 and 1484.03, half of the stated fee shall
be paid to the Inspector by the Borough once the fee is received by
the Borough.

(A)
There is hereby adopted by and for the Borough, in its entirety,
the International Plumbing Code, 2015 edition, as published by the
International Code Council, for regulating and governing the design,
construction, quality of materials, erection, installation, alteration,
repair, location, relocation, replacement, addition to, use or maintenance
of plumbing systems in the Borough, save and except such provisions
as may be hereinafter deleted or amended.

At least three copies of such code shall be on file with the Borough
Secretary for inspection by the public, and copies shall be supplied
upon demand, at cost.

In the event of a conflict between any of the provisions of the International
Plumbing Code, 2015 edition, as adopted in this section, and a provision
of any local ordinance, resolution, rule, or regulation, the local
ordinance, resolution, rule, or regulation shall control.

In the event of a conflict between any of the provisions of the International
Plumbing Code, 2015 edition, as adopted in this section, and a provision
of any local ordinance, resolution, rule, or regulation, the local
ordinance, resolution, rule, or regulation shall control.

In the event of a conflict between any of the provisions of the International
Plumbing Code, 2015 edition, as adopted in this section, and a provision
of any other technical code adopted by reference by the Borough, the
stricter or higher standard shall control.
