[Ord. 223, passed 2-10-1964]
The operator of any motor vehicle involved in an accident in
the Borough and required by law to report such accident to any department
or agency of the Commonwealth, or any other person required to make
such report, shall, at the time of making such report to the Commonwealth,
make a written report to the Chief of Police of the Borough containing
the same information.
