(A) 
No person shall carry or possess an open container of beer, wine, liquor or other alcoholic beverage on the streets or other public ways of the Borough, or on private property in the Borough without the express permission of the owner or lessee of such private property.
(B) 
No person shall consume or carry in any cup, can or other open or unsealed container any alcoholic beverage on any property owned or leased by the Borough, including any Borough park, or on the streets, sidewalks, rights-of-way, parking lots and alleys of the Borough, provided, however, that alcoholic beverages may be consumed in the Brookhaven Municipal Center, 2 Cambridge Road, Brookhaven, Pennsylvania, in accordance with the rules and regulations of the Center.
