All barber and beauty shops in the Borough shall be open for
and subject to inspection at any and all times during business hours
by any member of the Board of Health or by the Health Officer of the
Borough. No person conducting any barber or beauty shop in the Borough
shall refuse admittance to any member of the Board of Health or to
the Health Officer to any part of such barber or beauty shop for such
purpose.

Persons conducting barber or beauty shops or engaged in the
practice of barbering or hairdressing shall register their names and
locations of practice with the Board of Health before opening or engaging
in the practice of barbering or hairdressing.

It shall be the duty of the Board of Health to have each barber
shop or beauty shop located in the Borough inspected at least once
every three months by a member of such Board or by the Health Officer.
A written report shall be turned in to the Board containing observations
made during each inspection, and any recommendations.
