Annual license and inspection charges against the owners of
wires, cables and poles above and below ground throughout the Borough
shall be assessed, levied and collected as set forth in § 208.04(F)
of the Administration Code.
[Ord. 293, passed 3-2-1970]
The Borough Secretary shall, from time to time, obtain from
all companies owning wires, cables and poles above and below ground
in the Borough a statement of the quantity of wire and the number
of cables and poles in the Borough owned by them and shall annually
bill the respective owners the charges specified in § 1048.01.
