No person shall, in the City, keep or harbor any dog, cow, calf,
hog or other animal which by barking, howling, bawling or by other
noises shall disturb the peace and quiet of any family, individual
or neighborhood, and every person violating this section shall forfeit
and pay not less than $75 nor more $250 for each offense.
