(a) 
A bulletin board shall be placed in the Jefferson Street lobby of the City Building, suitable and adaptable to giving notice of public meetings, as required by Act of Assembly No. 213, (P.L. 392), passed June 21, 1957, and shall be erected in a suitable, prominent and conspicuous place, where he who runs may read.
(b) 
It shall be the duty of the City Clerk, hereafter, to cause notices to be posted on the bulletin board of all public meetings to be held in the City Building, in compliance with the provisions of Section 3 of the Act (65 P.S. § 253).

(a) 
All offices in the City Building shall be closed and the employees therein are excused from their duties on Saturdays, Sundays, holidays and such other times as authorized by the Business Administrator/Chief Financial Officer.
(b) 
The City Building offices shall be open for business from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Mondays through Fridays.
