No person shall park any commercial motor vehicle, truck, tractor,
trailer, semi-trailer or motor bus in any "R-1," "R-2" or "R-3" Residence
Zoning Districts in the City outside of an authorized and legal garage,
for a longer period than one hour within any twenty-four-hour period.

No person shall park any commercial motor vehicle, truck, tractor,
semi-trailer or motor bus in any public street within the City for
a longer period than two hours within any twenty-four-hour period.

Any person who violates Section 533.01 may be prosecuted either for a violation of the Zoning Ordinance and under the penalties thereof or for a violation of this article, but not for both for any single offense.
Any person who violates any provision of this article shall be punished as provided in Section 101.99 of the Administrative Code.
