(a)
A Board of Health is authorized and created to perform all the duties
and have all the powers as provided for in the Third Class City Code
(11 Pa.C.S.A. 12301 et seq.)
(b)
City Council shall serve as the New Castle Board of Health. The Mayor
shall serve as the President of the Board of Health.
(c)
No Council member shall receive compensation for service on the Board
of Health.
