(a)
The use of snowmobiles or powered sleds of any description is hereby
prohibited on the New Castle Golf Course known as Sylvan Heights.
(b)
The use of mini-bikes, motorcycles, all terrain vehicles of any description
and other types of vehicles is hereby prohibited on the New Castle
Golf Course known as Sylvan Heights, all public parks and playgrounds,
and other areas to be designated by the Mayor.
(c)
This section does not ban the use of golf carts on the City Golf
Course known as Sylvan Heights.
Whoever violates any provision of this article shall be punished
as provided in Section 101.99 of the Administrative Code.
